Paris expats & English speakers: I'm really excited to offer a new session in English to Paris international community
This session will celebrate our one year together, breathing and connecting with a beautiful international group!

I created this journey so that the international community here can access healing practices without language barriers.

📍 Location: Paris 12e (metro station: Nation or Cours de Vincennes)

⏳ 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Price: 50€ (Registration required - Limited group)

The goal of a breathwork session isn't intensity, nor a cathartic experience. Your breathing capacity increases, you feel more deeply, and the mind settles

Through conscious breathing, we access deeper layers of our inner world, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with clarity and presence

How does the session unfold?
🔸 Opening circle, where we set the frame, prepare the breathing technique together, and I walk you through what to expect

🔸 Then comes the heart of the practice: 1 hour of circular breathing. Lying down, eyes closed, guided by your own breath while I accompany you through your process. The session is also held by a specially chosen playlist

🔸 Closing with a time of relaxation and integration, followed by a closing circle where we come back together to share and round off the experience

No prior experience is needed, except in case of contraindications (to confirm at booking). The practice is open to everyone, all genders, all orientations.

Cancellation policy: Tickets are non-refundable within 48h of the session (except in cases of force majeure), as organisation, venue and communication costs are committed in advance.
