Take a deep breath and step into a space of self-exploration and renewal. This guided breathwork session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release tension, and tap into a deeper sense of clarity and presence.
​Through intentional breathing techniques, we’ll create a safe and supportive environment for transformation—whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional release, or a fresh perspective. No prior experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

​What to expect
​This 2h breathwork session is an invitation to dive deep into yourself—to release emotions, reconnect with your body, and explore parts of your being that may have been forgotten or buried. Through a guided breathing technique, you can enter an altered state of awareness where healing, clarity, and transformation become possible.
​The session includes 45–60 minutes of deep breathwork, followed by a regulating breath technique to help you gently return. We will then hold space for an optional sharing circle, and I will offer guidance on how to integrate the experience into your daily life.
​This journey is open to everyone—whether you are new to breathwork or have experience. Come as you are, with an open heart, and allow your breath to guide you.

​What you may experience
​Some people experience emotional release, others encounter old versions of themselves, past memories, or a profound sense of peace.
​
​How is it done?
​Lying down with your eyes closed, supported by a soft mat, pillows, and blankets, you will be guided through connected breathing—a rhythmic, continuous breath pattern that allows you to surrender to the flow. As music plays and the breath deepens, your body begins to take over, breathing you, rather than you breathing it.
​
​How to prepare
​In general, come as you are. But wear comfortable clothing (ideally without a bra) and avoid eating too much beforehand. And make sure to set aside some quiet time for yourself after the session.
​There are some things you will need for the session:

  • ​A quiet room where you won’t be disturbed
  • ​Ensure a stable internet connection
  • ​Laptop or iPad to join the session
  • ​Preferably use Bluetooth headphones or a good sound system
  • ​Mat, folded blanket, and pillows to lie on (we go for comfy to help your body relax)
  • ​Keep a blanket nearby for warmth
  • ​Eye mask (optional)
  • ​Water to stay hydrated
  • ​Keep a notebook and pen to jot down your thoughts afterward
  • ​Room spray or incense if you like setting a mood

​Contraindications
​If any of the following conditions apply to you, you should not participate. By attending, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information and accept full responsibility for your participation.

  • ​Pregnancy
  • ​Epilepsy
  • ​Retinal detachment or glaucoma
  • ​Untreated high blood pressure or cardiovascular diseases (e.g., heart attacks, strokes, seizures)
  • ​Aneurysm (either having had one yourself or if two immediate family members have had one)
  • ​Asthma
  • ​Severe psychiatric diagnosis
