LIVING PROTECTION:

Join me for an afternoon exploring how to live and move in the world with protection. We live in a world full of beauty and wonder, but also full of danger and discord; we must know how to be protected in this world without barricading ourself behind walls and shields that isolate us. Whether we are moving through our daily lives or journeying in other dimensions, our modes of protection must be living fields, responsive to the world and integrated with the self.

We will practice techniques that come from the shaman of the mountains of Peru and others that come from the Yogic traditions of India. We will explore and experience and build our connections to each other and spirit
