What we’re about

Women's circle with guided meditation, breath work, journaling and facilitated group discussion to help participants transform from loneliness to having self confidence, self love and an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships both within the group and the tools to take out into the world. We will include tools from Tibetan Buddhist philosophy accessible for all. Whether you are currently struggling with loneliness or are in need of healing parts of yourself please come join us in this special space.
