What Do I Actually Want? A Women’s Circle to Hear Yourself More Clearly
Details
This circle is for women who enjoy reflective practices and are willing to participate with presence, curiosity, and honesty.
You don’t need to have any specific background, but this space may be especially resonant if you already have some experience with journaling, therapy, coaching, meditation, parts work, or self-inquiry — and you’re looking for a warm group space to explore more deeply.
Sharing is always optional, but this is an interactive circle rather than a webinar. You’re invited to come ready to reflect, listen, and participate in the way that feels right for you.
## About me
Hi, I’m Dasha — a coach and group facilitator.
I create reflective spaces for women going through life transitions, identity shifts, immigration, relationship changes, or seasons of deep inner questioning.
My work is informed by coaching, parts work / IFS-inspired reflection, self-compassion, journaling, and gentle awareness practices.
I’m especially drawn to the moments when different parts of us want different things: one part wants change, another wants safety; one part wants to be seen, another wants to hide; one part wants more, another feels afraid.
I facilitate these circles because I believe many women don’t need to be told what to do. We need spaces where we can slow down, listen inward, be witnessed, and hear ourselves more clearly.
This is not therapy, and I won’t be offering advice or “fixing” anyone. My role is to hold a warm, thoughtful, and grounded space for reflection, sharing, and self-discovery.
