Transit Tourism: Seeing the City By Rail!

Tour books generally only tell you where to go in a new city--not how to get there, or how getting there can be half the fun! Transit consultant David Schneider has filled in that gap with his DMV Transit Tourism website (part of his larger Transit Tourism project). David will be filling us in on what inspired his project and how it can increase support for public transportation.

We'll also decide on our next transit adventure, and provide an update on our planning for the celebration of the Metrorail golden anniversary next year.
