The 'Other' Metro: The Public Transportation of Paris

Paris, the City of Lights and home to the Eiffel Tower, is also home to one of the world's most convenient and stylish public transportation systems. Come here about "le Métro" and all its cousins: the commuter rail RER; the streetcars, buses--even a funicular that climbs to the Sacré Coeur! The presentation will include farecards and tickets from the subway system--tickets that will soon be phased out.

Also: help decide on our next transit adventure; and hear an update on the doings of the Metro 50 committee (the smaller group planning our celebration of the Metrorail's golden anniversary).
