Transit Techies #17: Simulating Mobility Services and Ridesharing Using MATSim

Join us for the next Meetup of Transit Techies, and the second meetup co-hosted with NYU's Center for Urban Science and Progress! Hear from graduate students Hai Yang and Farnoosh Namdarpour about their research simulating mobility services in New York City using MATSim. Included in the presentation is a simulation designed to emulate a ride-pooling service and an API that was built to connect to the simulation.
