Kirsten is the Director of Strategy and Operations at BAYADA Home Health Care, a global non-profit organization working to provide the highest level of care to clients in whatever setting they call home. Kirsten began her career as a Behavioral Technician and Therapeutic Mentor for children with special needs. Kirsten knew that she wanted to continue to assist individuals in need and found BAYADA, where she has held a variety of roles. Kirsten holds an MBA and has a passion for helping others navigate the complex healthcare system.
