One More Art & Meditation Sunday

Hello everyone!

The Art & Meditation Sunday session this year was scheduled for 11:00 AM AEDT on December 15th, and it was meant to last for one hour.

However, due to an unexpected issue with my Zoom setup, I didn’t manage to go online until 20 minutes past 11:00, and unfortunately, I missed most of you who had planned to join the meditation followed by art-making on that day.

To make up for it, I would like to offer another session on Sunday, December 22nd.

The meditation script for this session will be the same as the one I used on the 15th.

If you'd like to join, let's share a special 60 minutes together in a relaxed and safe online space.

This session is suitable for anyone who wants to:

• Set aside reflective time in a calm and peaceful environment
• Explore your inner self through journaling or art-making

Feel free to join with your favorite or usual materials for drawing or writing.

The session is free, though contributions via PayID (0403422432) are gratefully accepted.
