I'm excited to invite you to a 2-hour workshop happening in Sydney City on 29/06.

There will be two time slots available:

🕤 Morning Session: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
🕐 Afternoon Session: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Each session is limited to a maximum of 4 participants, ensuring a cozy and personal experience.

June marks a powerful energetic shift—centred around the Winter Solstice on the 21st, the shortest day of the year. It is a turning point where the inward, winter energy slowly transitions toward the outward, expansive energy of summer.

Body awareness – Deepen your connection with your body by tuning into physical sensations
Somatic drawing – Let your inner child emerge and express freely through large-scale drawing
