Trauma Healing Group Coaching & Info Session

I am offering regular virtual group coaching sessions starting in September which will be hosted every Saturday at 10:30am EST.
If you are unable to attend but are interested, send me a message and let me know when you’re available.

I am offering this fifth 16 week session which serves as a sample of the work that I do as a Trauma Healing Coach. The coaching will last 45-50 minutes. I will provide a brief overview of my business IntegralPTSD at the start as well as an explanation of what Trauma Healing Coaching is.

I offer 1-on-1 coaching and am starting a community healing space (free private online community) called Healing Wheel which I am trying to spread the word about! You can request to join the community at: https://healing-wheel.mn.co.

Please come to this event with an open mind and whether you want to participate or sit back and see how the group runs — whatever you are comfortable with is just fine! All I ask is to please be respectful of all other group attendees and members so that we can keep this a safe and healing space.
