What we’re about
This group offers trauma-informed educational classes designed to help individuals identify and break harmful life patterns connected to relationships, money, self-worth, emotional regulation, and decision-making.
Classes explore how lived experiences can influence:
*Relationship choices and boundaries
*Repeating cycles in love, family, and friendships
*Money habits, credit challenges, and financial self-sabotage
*Emotional reactions, identity, and self-confidence
*Personal responsibility, growth, and resilience
*Faith-based reflection, purpose, and inner healing
These sessions are educational and reflective, combining trauma-informed insight with practical life application and faith-centered encouragement. The goal is awareness, empowerment, and forward movement not diagnosis or treatment.
Important Notes:
*This is not therapy, counseling, or medical care
*No diagnosis or medical advice is given
*Participation is voluntary and respectful
*Confidentiality is expected within the group
*Participants who desire individualized support may book private coaching separately.
