About Run with Wine
Run with Wine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to holistic wellness education and services. We provide a welcoming space for individuals to explore alternative wellness practices that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our programs empower participants through movement, mindfulness, and plant-based healing, with proceeds supporting free and discounted services for women survivors in our community.

Our Weekly Classes
We offer a diverse range of wellness classes each week, available to both members and guests. Our rotating schedule includes:
✔️ Pilates & Stretch – Strengthen and lengthen with mindful movement.
✔️ Sound Therapy & Breathwork – Relax and restore through vibrational healing and guided breathing techniques.
✔️ Cooking Demonstrations – Learn simple, delicious plant-based recipes to nourish your body.
✔️ Meditation & Mindfulness – Experience calming practices to reduce stress and enhance focus.
✔️ Chicago Steppin’ – A smooth and rhythmic partner dance that builds confidence, coordination, and community.

Monthly Wellness Showcase
Join us on the last Saturday of each month at the Michigan Road Branch Library for the Run with Wine Holistic Wellness Showcase. This free event features educational sessions and sample services from our trusted wellness partners, giving you a chance to explore new modalities and connect with experts in the field.
