What's not included

• Entrance fees please allow £120 to cover the entrance fees that are not included. (you will need to apply for the Jordan pass prior to the trip. We will explain how to do this) The Jordan pass will be your Visa to enter Jordan and also acts as your entrance ticket to all of the sites that we visit during the week so you will need to keep a paper copy on you throughout the trip.

• Drinks with any of the meals, these can be purchased separately

You need to book your own flights and these are with Wizz Air Airlines. I would advise to book your flight as soon as possible after booking on to the trip as they are likely to rise the sooner we get to the date of departure.

COST
The price of the above tour is £1045 .All payments need to be made into the Protected Trust Services account held with HSBC:

A non refundable deposit of £200 If we haven’t received your deposit within 3 days of RSVP, your RSVP will be changed to "not going" and your space will be released. The balance of £845 needs to be paid by 13th February into the following business account. ( if you are having a room to yourself the balance is £1055 )

When you RSVP it is important that you answer all of the following questions.

Difficulty Rating.
We have rated this as a moderate difficulty rating. On some days there is a fair amount of walking involved and to ensure everyone's enjoyment we ask that you consider this before deciding to join the group .

By paying the deposit for this trip you are confirming that you are physically able to participate in all aspects of this trip unassisted.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are covered by insurance for the trip and in particular all activities that you undertake outside of the Travel Buddies itinerary. WE ARE NOT COVERED FOR THESE
ACTIVITIES.

You will need to have a minimum of 6 months validity left on your passport from the return date to the UK in order to be able to travel.
