You need to book your own flights and they are with British Airways. Please wait until we give you the go ahead to book the flights. Below is the flight that Di will be going on.

Flights are currently £737.

If you would prefer to travel from an alternative UK airport or book a different flight, that is absolutely fine. Please let us know when you book. You will need to arrange your own hotel transfers.
Please do not book your flight until we let you know to do so as we need a minimum number of Travel Buddies for the trip to go ahead.

The price of the above tour is £3299. All payments need to be made into the Protected Trust Services account held with HSBC:

A non refundable deposit of £399. If we haven’t received your deposit within 3 days of RSVP, your RSVP will be changed to "not going" and your space will be released. The second payment of £1400 needs to be paid by the 30th May 2025 and the balance of £1500 needs to be paid by the 31st July 2025.. If you are having a room to yourself for the 16 nights the balance is £2555.

This tour is suitable for Travel Buddies with medium fitness & normal mobility. It involves full days of sightseeing, often on foot, and includes some climbing of stairs, and getting on and off coaches and boats. This tour is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Visa Requirements
You will need a visa to enter The United States of America if traveling on a British Passport. This is a simple process and can be done online prior to travel . We will provide you with the information that you need to complete the application. If you are traveling on a passport issued in a different country please check the requirements.
