The price of the above tour is £3199. All payments need to be made into the Protected Trust Services account held with HSBC:

A non refundable deposit of £400. If we haven’t received your deposit within 3 days of RSVP, your RSVP will be changed to "not going" and your space will be released. The second payment of £1399 needs to be paid by the 30th May 2025 and the balance of £1400 needs to be paid by the 20th July 2025. If you are having a room to yourself the balance is £1825

Physical accessibility:

This tour requires a good level of fitness. There is a lot of walking and the use of public transport is frequent (as it is the most time efficient and effective way to tour Japan). You will need to be able to walk many hours per day, except on the free day. On some of our days when we are on the bullet trains there will be time to relax on these journeys but please do bear this in mind if you will be joining us on this tour.

Visa Requirements
If you are traveling on a British passport You can get a visa on arrival in Japan for tourism or business for up to 90 days. You do not need to apply before you travel. You will need to have one blank page in your passport for the visa. Please contact me if you will be traveling on a passport issued in a different country.
