What's not Included

• International Flights.

You need to book your own flights and they are with Sri Lankan Airlines and are currently £676 including checked luggage. I would advise to book your flight as soon as possible after booking on to the trip as they are likely to rise the sooner we get to the date of departure. Below is the flight that Gloria will be going on.

If you would prefer to travel from an alternative UK airport or book a different flight, that is absolutely fine. Please let us know when you book. You will need to arrange your own hotel transfers.

The price of the above tour is £1599. All payments need to be made into the Protected Trust Services account held with HSBC:

A non refundable deposit of £200. If we haven’t received your deposit within 3 days of RSVP, your RSVP will be changed to "not going" and your space will be released. The balance of £1399 needs to be paid by the 30th July 2025. If you are having a room to yourself the balance is £1899.
