In Lisbon: Explore the capital of Portugal, Staying in a hotel in the heart of this hilly, coastal city, with a wealth of attractions for visitors this promises to be a cultural trip that is brimming with cobbled alleyways, ancient ruins and hearty Portuguese cuisine. Take a train to Sintra to explore the castle and fairytale gardens.

In Porto :Enjoy a boat trip on the river Douro and a wine tasting, explore one of the oldest bookshops in the world and peruse the historic riverside area of this fascinating merchant port where port wine sits in age old casks.

• 6 nights accommodation in 2 hotels. 3 in Lisbon and 3 in Porto
• Breakfast each morning
• 24 hour hop on off bus pass in Lisbon
• Land transfer with three stops between Lisbon and Porto

  there may be other people joining us)

If you would prefer to travel from an alternative UK airport that is fine. You will need to make your own way to meet the group at the hotel
