Winter Wonderland in the Eastern Sierras

Specific locations will depend on road and weather conditions and determined closer to the date. Will scout upon arrival. Possibilities include but are not limited to Owen’s river valley (upper and lower), buckley ponds, June Lake loop, hot creek, mammoth lakes, maybe Rock creek Lake, etc. We’ll chase the best weather & light conditions.

All terrain tires or chains may be needed in certain areaIt will be super cold. Bring lots of warm layers, gloves, hats, hand warmers, thermal base layers, water resistant/snow boots, snow pants, etc. It will be 10-20 degrees colder at higher elevations, especially in the morning.

Event may be cancelled last minute if weather is not permitting or any other reason.
