A FEW HOUSEKEEPING RULES:
1. If you RSVP for a trip, there is a link that you will need to click to fill out the form and submit the authorization for deposits and payments.

2. If the deposit is not made within the time requested then your RSVP will not be recognized as going.

3. If you decide not to attend the event PLEASE change your status to not attending.

4. If you're a SOLO TRAVELER please let me know if you would like a roommate are room to yourself.

5. PLEASE NOTE: WHEN TWS SCHEDULES A TRIP; THERE IS A DATE FOR DEPOSITS TO BE MADE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN CARE OF FILLING OUT THE FORM & GAVE THE AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE YOUR CARD THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT. (THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION & AS WELL AS MINE).

6. If the deposits are not made in the time frame needed by the venues THE TRIP AND/OR EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED DUE TO NON-PAYMENTS & NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO FULFILL THE QUOTE GIVEN BY the VENUE.

There will be meetups, day trips, weekend gateways, and 5-8 day trips.
