Get ready to immerse yourself in the rhythm of Lisbon & Tavira from May 25 to June 1, 2024!

Day One - Saturday:
Arrive and dive straight into the fun with a welcome dinner at 3 pm!

Day Two - Sunday:
Kickstart your day with morning yoga, followed by a delicious breakfast. Then, join us for a thrilling town tour with lunch, and top it off with an afternoon meditation at the castle ruins. Dinner awaits!

Day Three - Monday:
We've got an exciting lineup including a self-massage demo, a beach day extravaganza, a photo shoot inspired by local fashion, and the mesmerizing melodies of Fado music!

Day Four - Tuesday:
Embark on a journey across the Algarve, soaking in breathtaking views and cultural delights along the way. From Sagres to Carvoeiro, this day promises adventure and exploration!

Day Five - Wednesday:
Unwind with morning yoga, indulge in an outdoor salt/mud bath, and embrace the beauty of Vila Real SA. Cap off the day with a soul-soothing sound healing meditation and a sunset farewell dinner.

Day Six - Thursday:
We bid farewell to Tavira with a heavy heart after morning yoga and breakfast. But fret not, because the After Party in Lisbon awaits!

After Party in Lisbon:
Join us for a daring day trip to Lisbon, complete with sightseeing, delicious meals, and a Friday night stay at the Dare Lisbon House. It's the perfect finale to an unforgettable journey!

Terms for Retreat:

• A non-refundable deposit of $450 holds your spot. Space is limited to 16 guests.
• Listed price is per person, based on double occupancy. Add $700 for a single occupancy room for the six nights in Tavira (add an additional $125 for single room with optional add-on night in Lisbon).
• The deposit is due upon registration.
• The full balance payment is due 45 days before retreat starts (April 10, 2024).
