After a brief departure , Fathom Events is back !
“Ben Hur” (1959) will be making its way back to the big screen.
Technically, it was filmed in “Cinema Scope” and “Technicolor” …. What that means is that you will see it in ultra widescreen and wonderful COLOR !! Which means you will see the famous chariot race in all its glory !
This movie stars Charlton Heston and is directed by William Wyler for a movie that won 11 academy awards and was the most expensive movie made up until that time.
Please note that they are not playing it at AMC so we will be returning to The Regal theatre in Jenson Beach.
We will try and meet 30 minutes before the movie in the lobby and we will discuss where to go to eat after the movie .
