Welcome to the Treasure Valley Music Meditation Meetup group, hosted by Blue Lotus Sound! Are you eager to carve out some time for yourself and prioritize your well-being?

About Blue Lotus Sound:
We are deeply committed to harnessing the transformative potential of sound, vibration, and energy to cultivate positive shifts within ourselves and the world at large. During our music meditations (often called "Sound Baths") we (Christian and Kara) will guide you on a journey towards inner calm with a blissful blend of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, hand pans, gongs, strings, and more. Join us in connecting with kindred spirits who share your desire to alleviate stress, achieve equilibrium, and foster healing.
Each Meetup will feature a brief instructional moment (approximately 5 minutes), a 50+ minute Sound Bath, and close with an opportunity for participants to ask questions and/or discuss their experience. Whether you're new to experiencing the power of sound, or if you are a seasoned "sound bather", all are warmly welcomed. Let's unite in mutual support as we journey towards inner peace and holistic well-being.

As the sacred sounds wash over you, guided by the harmonious energies of Blue Lotus Sound, you'll be gently led into a state of deep relaxation and heartfelt appreciation, opening your heart to the frequency of gratitude and the beauty of the present moment...
- Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, pillow, or whatever you need for your comfort. There is limited space, so register early!

Special Event: 2 Hour Sound Bath and Group Ketamine Therapy Session
Portal. A Conscious Wellness Collective, 515 S Vista Ave,, Boise, ID, USPlease join me (Christian of Blue Lotus Sound) for another very special event: A Group Ketamine Therapy session and Sound Bath combining the powers of entheogenic, energy, and sound healing therapies! This will be a powerful and transformative session, dedicated to the inward healing journey within each of us.
I'm so excited to be partnering again with Molly Downey of Etheric Healing (www.etherichealing.co), an amazing and compassionate energy worker. I will be providing the healing soundscape that many of you have experienced- with crystal bowls, guitar, tongue drums, chimes and other instruments, while Molly will facilitate the session as well as provide intuitive energy healing for all participants- raising your vibration to the highest level possible.
To register for this session, contact the Boise Ketamine Clinic (info@boiseketamineclinic.com or call (208) 810-8615). You will fill out a health intake and assessment with our staff, and be prescribed oral medication for the session. There is limited space for this special event, so be sure to register early if you are interested in attending!
Cost: $325, includes intake, assessment and prescription. All yoga props provided including: mats, blankets, pillows and sheepskin throws.
About ketamine therapy: Ketamine is a safe and effective medication, used in the treatment of various mental health conditions, such as treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It was originally approved by the FDA as an anesthetic at higher doses, but has been found to have secondary benefits for mood disorders at lower doses. Ketamine is considered a dissociative medication and psychedelic, meaning that it can create the feeling of disconnection of self from the mind. This therapeutic effect allows us to create new neuropathways in the brain, providing relief from our ruminating thought patterns.
