Free Saturday Sound Bath with Blue Lotus Sound!

Join Christian and Kara of Blue Lotus Sound for a restorative Sound Bath music meditation where you'll find yourself enveloped in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, ambient guitar, and other meditative instruments. As the sacred sounds wash over you in the spacious Garden City Chamber room, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Allow yourself to connect with the divine, release what no longer serves you, and emerge refreshed, balanced, and aligned with your highest self.

• Arrive early so you're ready to relax when we start promptly (details below).
• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, pillow, or whatever you need for your comfort
• Chairs provided or you may bring your own folding one. If you tend to fall asleep when lying down, please choose to sit.
• 18+ only, no children or infants.
