Free Sunday Sound Bath with Blue Lotus Sound

Join us for a restorative Sound Bath music meditation where you'll find yourself enveloped in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and meditative instruments. As the sacred sounds wash over you, guided by the harmonious energies of Christian and Kara, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Allow yourself to connect with the divine, release what no longer serves you, and emerge refreshed, balanced, and aligned with your highest self.

• Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, pillow, or whatever you need for your comfort. There is lots of floor space to lie down, (as well as plenty of chairs)
• The Sound Bath will begin promptly at 6pm, please arrive early to find a spot and settle in, doors will be open at 5:30pm
• This is donation based event- we appreciate your support!
• The Meridian Masonic Hall is located in Downtown Meridian- there is a large lot parking lot with plenty of parking.
