Free Saturday Sound Bath & Energy work with Blue Lotus Sound!

Join Christian and Kara of Blue Lotus Sound for a time of deep rest, inner stillness, and immersive sound. Surrounded by the spacious acoustics of the Garden City Chamber room, you’ll be invited to settle in and receive the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, ambient guitar, chimes, and other meditative instruments. As the music unfolds, the intention is simple: to create a space where you can soften, quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself, and rest deeply.

We’re also very happy to welcome our friend Molly Downey of Etheric Healing (www.etherichealing.co), who will be joining us for this gathering. Molly is a compassionate and intuitive energy worker, and she’ll be offering gentle energy work throughout the sound bath for anyone who would like to receive it.

Before the sound bath begins, Molly will also share a few words about the group ketamine experiences that she and Christian offer together. Molly facilitates these sessions and provides energy work, while Christian creates and performs live meditative music to support the experience. She’ll briefly talk about the intention behind these gatherings and what participants can expect for anyone who has been curious about this work.
