Sacred Homecoming - A Joyful Women's Journey with the Elements

This is a wonderful journey through the senses, a sacred embodiment experience, guided moment to moment by fellow journeyer and Sound Healer & Teacher, Lydia Erickson.

Join a fun and curious group of women to explore our senses through guided & ecstatic movement, dance & rhythm, meditation and healing sound. Arrive more fully at home within your body, and yourself, and reconnect to your wisest self. This very special empowering and embodying experience will be held in the beautiful SheBreathes Studio space.

Alone individually, and together in a circle of women, you will receive healing through the elements as they are awakened by Soundcodes, an ancient language of Sound and Song that aligns with aspects of Nature - the sun, moon, air, trees, ocean, and earth - and magnifies their healing effects. Connect with your own nature friends through meditation, and receive a very special Soundseed for yourself! Sing with the sun, magnify with the moon, and experience living water in a new way (quite literally!). Bring your water bottle to take home some of this special water.

You will be deeply held in this sacred space, and access the joyful communal aspect of our spirits, while at the same time having your own completely private, protected journey within. Come as you are, and leave full of blessings from around the compass!

This workshop is intended to balance deep communal connection with sacred alone space. To support each woman individually, there will be quiet times for journaling and meditation, and also quieter areas where you can go to be with your own experience whenever you need to.
