Join us for a very special empowering and embodying experience in the beautiful woods and healing space. This workshop will be held in the cozy healing room as well as in the sunlight in mossy clearings, with beautiful woods all around and all the space you need to dance, move and be You. We will be calling in the supportive energies of all of the elements including particular trees, stones, and locations that are sacred to you.

You will experience Sound healing in several forms, be invited to move your body and share your voice in a deeply safe, sacred container, with beautiful rhythms and music from around the world... and deeply feel and move into more of all of that, which is you. If you feel shy to let your voice be heard among others, don't worry - there will be music and Lydia's voice to carry you along. :) There will be space for community and quiet areas for whenever your inner voice guides you to more space for yourself.
