Charity Sunset Park Yoga

[About the Class]
Hello and Namaste π
I'm Nayoung, a yoga teacher from South Korea. I have been teaching and practicing yoga for several years and am passionate about sharing a traditional approach to yoga that integrates body, mind, and spirit.
This session is designed to be accessible, grounding, and restorative. Through breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and sound healing, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and enjoy the beauty of practicing outdoors.
