# THIS WEEK:

## C.P. Stewart will be leading a discussion around property ownership, legal processes, and estate planning - everything you need to know on the legal side to properly set up and protect your investment business!

## Originally from the small farming town of Caldwell, Ohio, C.P. Stewart brings a deep sense of service and dedication to his legal practice. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 2000 and served as an Arabic Linguist in a variety of intelligence operations, including during the invasion of Iraq in 2003. Following his military service, he earned both a Bachelor's degree (2009) and a Master's degree (2011) from The Ohio State University, where he also taught Arabic from 2009 to 2012. He continued teaching Arabic at the high school level from 2012 to 2014.

## A devoted father to two sons—Hank (born 2014) and Jacob (born 2016)—he chose to pursue a legal career once his youngest child began elementary school. He graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2024, with a concentration in technology law (including artificial intelligence and generative AI) and Veterans’ law.

## Since becoming licensed in September 2024, he has focused his legal practice on real property law and Veterans law, leveraging both his military background and legal training to support clients with dedication and insight.
