# Nathan Echols is a 20-year Army veteran with decades of management experience and a diverse background in law enforcement, engineering, real estate sales, private lending, creative financing, and land development. He built more than $3M in equity in under three years and now leads Ares Invest, focusing on growth corridors and 2–4 unit developments across the Southeast.

# Devin Solow, CEO of BETTER, launched the company in 2018 and has since led over $10M in construction and developed a portfolio of 40+ rental doors. His work centers on infill development and creating walkable neighborhoods across North Carolina.

# Ian Lipman, COO of BETTER, started as a client before joining full-time. With a master’s in Financial Engineering and experience in value-add renovations and small-scale development, he has helped scale BETTER’s systems and expand its reach in the Triangle real estate market.

# Tyler Weitz, specializes in exempt plat, by right land entitlements and residential new construction. His area of expertise in processing the UDO, and a proper integration of the 4 control layers at the construction level. Primary area of focus is Durham and Orange County.
