Introduction
The Ardennes are calling — and there's no better way to answer than with a hike through one of its most enchanting river valleys! This loop from Sougné-Remouchamps winds along the wild Ninglinspo stream, past cascading waterfalls and naturally carved rock pools with names straight out of mythology. From the Chaudière Waterfall to Venus' Bath and Diana's Bath, the trail is full of little surprises tucked between mossy stones and ancient forest. Come discover a wilder, more rugged side of Belgium.

🎒 What to Bring

  • Hiking shoes 🥾 with good grip — the Ninglinspo trail involves rocky, uneven terrain and stream crossings that light sneakers simply won't handle.
  • Warm layers if it is cold and a waterproof poncho — the Ardennes weather can be unpredictable, and an umbrella won't be practical on the narrow forest paths. Don't forget a rain cover for your backpack too.
  • Water and lunch or snacks to keep your energy up on the trail.
