Let's Ride That Iron Buffalo @ 10:00 am!!! 11/1/2025

ATTENTION: 10:00 AM START TIME!!!

The Fall riding weather this week has been great, and the forecast for Saturday morning is for more of the same. Let's end this perfect week with a perfect Route. How about this Saturday, we ride to the Northern Hinterlands!!! Yep, come along and see the Colorado Serengeti filled with herds of Iron Buffaloes...Rusty Bison...Corroded Cows...Brazed Bovines... Welded Wildebeests and possibly...the Oxidized Oxen!!! In addition, we guarantee sightings of the elusive black-tailed prairie dog, YEAH!!! This route is a group favorite. The ride is an interesting combination of bike paths and roads. There is a picnic shelter with "flushy" restrooms at mile 18. Come along and see for yourself how the route got its name...(names).

We will be leaving the Trek Store Broomfield @ 10:00 am. The ride will be at an intermediate pace with several regroups. If you are new to the area and want to learn some biking routes, or are just looking for a fun, supportive group, join us this Saturday. Our ride leader will help with mechanical problems and provide riding advice. We usually have 15-20 riders.
