Let's Ride the 36 Bikeway to Boulder @ 10:00 AM!!!

We haven't ridden west for a while, so Saturday should be a good day to ride to the Boulder Trek Store. We will leave the Trek Store Broomfield at 10:00 am and ride the 36 Bikeway to Boulder.

This is a no drop ride, and we will be riding an intermediate pace. A Group Ride Leader (me) will be along to help with repairs, and provide riding and gear advice. We always welcome new riders. Just show up a few minutes early and ask for Larry (still me). He will get you lined out.

25.7 Miles and 1230 Feet Climbing

This is practically an out and back route, so you can make the ride as long as you wish. Check out the map. We will follow the 36 Bikeway north to the Boulder Overlook, then after a "hair on fire" descent to the end of the Bikeway, we will pop over to the Trek Shop in Boulder for a little break. We will then head to Marshall, through the tunnel and back to the shop. If you are looking for a little climbing, you can break from the group and head up one of the front range climbs.

Things to bring: your bike, helmet, full water bottle, spare tube and a friendly attitude. Front and rear lights add to our safety. I'll have mine!

LET'S LEAVE THE EARPHONES and SPEAKERS AT HOME. We will be riding in a group and need all of our attention!!
