Ride the Thornton Ponds on June 13th @ 9:00 AM!!!
Details
SATURDAY, JUNE 13TH
On June 6th and the 13th, I will be in riding BRAN, the Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska. I am still posting rides so that you will not miss 2 Saturdays of riding. One/some of our regular riders will provide leadership. The 2 routes are very familiar to group, but you may want to upload the routes to your device if you are new or navigation-ally challenged.
The shop may not be available before the ride.
The Thornton Ponds Loop is one of our most varied routes and has something for EVERYONE. You will ride along the South Platte River, and turn north before you hit KANSAS!!! It offers great riding along Clear Creek and the South Platte River, without a lot of climbing. The group will leave the Trek Store Broomfield at 9:00 AM.
The ride will have several regroups. If you are new to the area and want to learn some biking routes, or are just looking for a fun, supportive group, COME RIDE on Saturday, June 13TH. We usually have 10-15 riders.

36.3 Miles and 1220 Feet Climbing
Things to bring: your bike, helmet, full water bottle, spare tube and a friendly attitude. Front and rear lights add to our safety, and are just as necessary on bike trails as they are on streets!
LEAVE THE EARPHONES and SPEAKERS at HOME. You will be riding in a group and need all of your senses!!!
Be aired up and ready to go at 9:00 am.
