Welcome to our Yin Yoga Meetup Group! This is a supportive space for anyone interested in slowing down, relaxing deeply, and nurturing mind-body balance through the profound practice of yin yoga. Our classes focus on long-held, gentle floor poses (typically 3-5 minutes each) designed to release tension, target deep connective tissues, and enhance joint flexibility—all with an emphasis on mindfulness and breath awareness.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome here. Each session may also include pranayama (breathwork), short meditations, or intention setting for holistic well-being. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you like (such as cushions or blankets) for added comfort.
Expect a welcoming environment to unwind, connect, and cultivate inner peace. Join us for weekly classes, workshops, and occasional community events—online and in-person options available according to schedule. All levels and bodies are celebrated.
