What we’re about
We exist for the people giving their time and energy to improving the system that we all live in. Whether you work in climate, nature, pollution, health or social issues, you'll know we need some pretty big systemic changes in society, and fast.
Treo House is your safe place, to connect, evolve and re-energise, so you can get out there and make change happen.
We host a regular variety of intimate events that bring people together with intention; workshops, guided group discussions, speakers, film nights, book club, mentoring, community suppers, wellbeing classes, adventures and retreats.
All of our events are hosted in-person in our home in Oval, London. A sanctuary in central London that allows for actual friendships and authentic conversation.

Release: Yin Yoga
Treo House, 1 Pickle Mews, London, GBSlow down, breathe and reset. This gentle yin yoga class will give you the space to stop, quiet the mind and take the weight of the world off your shoulders.
Monday's can be tough. Perhaps your mind is whirring, the pressures of the week are building and your body feels tense. This is a very gentle yoga class to help you to find calmness and release some of that tension.
What is yin yoga?
Yin yoga is a restorative and introspective practice. It's predominantly a floor-based practise where we prioritise time, typically holding asanas (poses) for extended periods, between 2 to 5 minutes. This allows the body to release more deeply, targeting the network of connective tissue and fascia. In this class we use a lot of props - bolsters, blocks and blankets, to support our bodies as we sink into the ground beneath us.
This class is taught in our cosy studio, with soft music and candlelight.
This class must be booked in advance at treohouse.com1 attendee - £30.00

Developing a Kinder Relationship to Self
Treo House, 1 Pickle Mews, London, GBWe're giving our all to caring for the world, yet perhaps we aren't so good at caring for ourselves. This workshop creates space to acknowledge how this may be impacting you and how to extend your compassion inwards.
Working in sustainability can mean that we care deeply for the world around us, but we don’t always extend that same care inward. Instead, we can carry a harsh inner voice that tells us we’re not doing enough or we aren’t good enough. That voice can lead to overworking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, playing small or fear of judgement; all of which quietly drain our energy and reduce our impact.

This 90-minute workshop is an invitation to pause and reflect on the relationship you have with yourself, and begin to shift it into something more compassionate.
We'll explore:
- What your current self-talk and internal narratives sound and feel like.
- Why the way you speak to yourself matters - and how it is mirrored in the world around you.
- Simple yet powerful practices to notice, question and shift your inner dialogue.
- How to treat yourself with more care.
At the end of the session, you'll leave with:
- A clearer sense of how your relationship with yourself is affecting your life and impact.
- Awareness of your patterns of self talk and how to gently shift them.
- Practical tools to build a kinder inner world.
This is the third session in a 4-part Authenticity series led by Heather at Treo House, helping you explore how to create change in a more authentic way. You’re welcome to attend any of the sessions as a one-off or join the full series. You can see more about the other workshops below:

Uplift: Yoga & Community Coffee
Treo House, 1 Pickle Mews, London, GBAn uplifting vinyasa yoga class followed by community coffee, to help you to let go of what's on your mind and start the weekend with joy.
Saturday morning - time to let go of the week, connect with each other and have some fun. Join us for an uplifting vinyasa yoga class followed by a community coffee in our private courtyard café.
What is vinyasa yoga?
Vinyasa yoga is an energising practice where movement is underpinned by the breath. Sequences are structured to gradually build heat, strength and stability in the body while creating space, challenging balance and focusing the mind. You will be guided throughout with lots of variations available to support you in making the practice your own. Expect to play, wobble and sweat, then let it all go as you arrive in your final relaxation – shavasana.
This class is taught in our lovely studio. During summer months we will aim to move this class outside into our private courtyard.
Community Coffee
Stick around after class to join us for coffee, tea and cake, hosted in our private courtyard café (not included in the ticket price).
