What we’re about
We exist for the people giving their time and energy to improving the system that we all live in. Whether you work in climate, nature, pollution, health or social issues, you'll know we need some pretty big systemic changes in society, and fast.
Treo House is your safe place, to connect, evolve and re-energise, so you can get out there and make change happen.
We host a regular variety of intimate events that bring people together with intention; workshops, guided group discussions, speakers, film nights, book club, mentoring, community suppers, wellbeing classes, adventures and retreats.
All of our events are hosted in-person in our home in Oval, London. A sanctuary in central London that allows for actual friendships and authentic conversation.

Release: Yin Yoga
Treo House, 1 Pickle Mews, London, GBSlow down, breathe and reset. This gentle yin yoga class will give you the space to stop, quiet the mind and take the weight of the world off your shoulders.
Monday's can be tough. Perhaps your mind is whirring, the pressures of the week are building and your body feels tense. This is a very gentle yoga class to help you to find calmness and release some of that tension.
What is yin yoga?
Yin yoga is a restorative and introspective practice. It's predominantly a floor-based practise where we prioritise time, typically holding asanas (poses) for extended periods, between 2 to 5 minutes. This allows the body to release more deeply, targeting the network of connective tissue and fascia. In this class we use a lot of props - bolsters, blocks and blankets, to support our bodies as we sink into the ground beneath us.This class is taught in our cosy studio, with soft music and candlelight.
This class must be booked in advance at treohouse.com

Inner Development Goals Summit Watch Party
Treo House, 1 Pickle Mews, London, GBWhat does it mean for us and our organisations to use the potential of inner development to contribute to outer change and regenerative systems? Join us as we livestream the IDG Summit from Stockholm, with facilitated reflection, discussion and a group lunch.
"Without the development of transformational skills at scale, external solutions to our global challenges may be limited, too slow or short-lived."
The Inner Development Goals is a framework of the inner capabilities required for systemic change; our personal integrity and authenticity, critical thinking, our ability to empathise, communicate and mobilise, our optimism and creativity. The annual summit shares stories and perspectives on what it takes to create change in a world of complexity, polarisation, and rapid transformation.
The theme of this year's summit is Bridging Polarities. It will explore how we can navigate the dividing world with more wisdom, courage, and humility. Speakers include Christiana Figueres, Peter Senge, Katie Hodgetts, Kasper Reimer Bjørkskov and Kirsten Dunlop.
London Watch Party
We will livestream day 1 of the summit in our auditorium at Treo House. This is an intimate event for maximum 40 people where we will collectively reflect on the content through facilitated breaks and over a group lunch.
