If you’re looking to buy in Waterloo Region, we’ll share a few active opportunities and break them down properly: purchase price, cash flow, and everything in between. Prices have come down, so it’s a good time to be watching the market and seeing what investors can actually buy.

🤝 Social + 2026 goals
Then we’ll connect. Meet other investors, talk shop, and share what you’re going after in 2026. First deal, next deal, scaling up—whatever it is, it’s always better when you’ve got good people around you.
