Looking forward to getting everyone together for our June Investor Club Meetup.

This month, we’re going to keep things pretty simple. We’ll spend the evening talking about what’s happening in the market right now, what opportunities are showing up, and then leave time for everyone to connect, catch up, and talk real estate.
If you’re investing in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, looking at multifamily, holding rental properties, thinking about your next deal, or just trying to stay close to what’s happening locally, come hang out.

## What we’re going to cover

### 📊 Waterloo Region Market Update

We’ll start with a practical update on what we’re seeing across the local real estate market.
We’ll talk through the things that actually matter to investors right now: sales activity, inventory, pricing, rents, buyer demand, seller expectations, financing, and where the market seems to be heading as we move into the summer.
The goal is to keep it grounded and useful. What has changed? What are we seeing right now? Where are investors being cautious? Where are people still finding opportunity?

### 🏘️ Active Opportunities

We’ll also spend some time looking at active opportunities in the market and talking through how investors are thinking about deals right now.
This is not about telling anyone what to buy. It’s more about creating a good conversation around deal flow, underwriting, rents, financing, risk, and what makes an opportunity worth taking a closer look at.

### 🤝 Social + Networking

After the market update and opportunity discussion, we’ll leave time to connect and talk shop.
Meet other local investors, compare notes, ask questions, and spend time with people who are actively buying, selling, holding, financing, and building in the market.
