Waterfowl Refuge at Eutaw Springs

Explore this beautiful waterfowl refuge where owls, herons, osprey, cormorants, turtles and other wildife enjoy a great habitat. We'll paddle in coves with moss-draped cypress, tupelos, water lilies, and more. Come along for fun time with your paddling buddies.

$35/person to rent kayak/gear- includes kayak, paddle, PFD, whistle and we bring to landing. Call 843-697-2812 by Friday, 6/6/25 for rental. Rentals are paid in advance and provided by Blueway Adventures.

$15/person for those bringing your own kayak/gear (BYOE). Whistle and PFD required by SCDNR. BYOE can bring cash day of paddle or call 843-697-2812 to prepay with credit card.

There are no restrooms at this location. I suggest a stop at Bell’s Marina about 5 minutes from the landing.

Kayaks 12' and longer are highly recommended. No inflatables permitted.

Water, snack/lunch, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, shoes that can get wet.
