CANCELLED - Sunset and Full Moon Kayaking

Catch a stunning sunset and paddle under the full moon for a relaxing evening on the water. Feel the gentle summer breeze, hear songbirds cheerful melodies and watch the Osprey, Bald Eagles, herons, egrets and other birds in the twilight. It’ a lovely way to enjoy the warm weather!

We’ll meet at the Spiers Landing Boat Ramp. We’ll explore the area and paddle around nearby islands as the sun goes down and the full moon rises.

Bring a headlamp or light, water, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, shoes that can get wet. There are restrooms as this landing.

$35/person to rent kayak/gear- includes kayak, paddle, PFD, whistle and we bring to landing. Call 843-697-2812 by Wednesday, 7/8/25 for rental. Rentals are paid in advance and provided by Blueway Adventures.

$15/person for those bringing your own kayak/gear (BYOE). Whistle and PFD required by SCDNR. BYOE can bring cash day of paddle or call 843-697-2812 to prepay with credit card.

Kayaks 12' and longer are highly recommended. No inflatables permitted.
