Nature Lovers Kayaking

Enjoy a relaxing paddle on calm water among some of the most beautiful water lilies, crested floating heart, primrose and other flowers. There's plenty of osprey on the nest waiting for their chicks to arrive. Bald eagles and a variety of herons, egrets and other birds are often seen at this nature lovers paradise.

Bring lunch or snack for when we stop on a nearby island with a nice sandy beach. You may want to wear a swimsuit for wading in clear, shallow water on our island break. It's a great way to cool off before we start the second leg of the trip through more flowers! Join us for a fun time with the most friendly kayakers around!

We'll launch from the Hines Drive boat landing. There are no facilities at this landing. Suggest stop Parkers in Moncks Corner on HWY. 52 and HWY. 402 or one of the two gas stations when first entering Bonneau on HWY. 52.

WATCH YOUR SPEED IN BONNEAU! It is heavily patrolled.

$35/person to rent kayak/gear- includes kayak, paddle, PFD, whistle and we bring to landing. Call 843-697-2812 by Tuesday, 6/2/26 to rent. Rentals are paid in advance and provided by Blueway Adventures.

$15/person for those bringing your own kayak/gear (BYOE).
BYOE can bring cash day of the paddle or call to 843-697-2812 to prepay with credit card. Whistle and PFD required by SCDNR.

Water, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, shoes that can get wet are recommended.

Kayaks 12' and longer are highly recommended.
No inflatables permitted.
