Angela has agreed to lead us on a hike through Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve. This hike will about a 2.6-mile loop with moderate hills. We will start on the Oak Forest trail, then connect up with the next four trails (Spring, Wood, Meadow and Pine) that form a loop around the nature center. During the hike, there are areas where you will may have to go under or climb over logs.
The Wood and Pine trails have steep hills. For those not interested in doing the hills, there is an out where Spring meets Wood to go left and back to the pond and nature center. You can choose to do an easier walk around the pond.
If anyone is interested, we can stop in the gift shop after our hike.
Hiking boots and poles are suggested.
