We’re hitting the road for a 3-property caravan to discuss deal analysis, renovation considerations, and today’s investor playbook—live and on-site. Addresses will be provided at check-in.
Who Can Attend
Paid Members Only. Annual membership is $200 and can be paid at the start of the caravan.
What We’ll Do

• 9:50 AM: Arrive, check-in, membership verification
• 10:00 AM: Depart from Home Depot Summerville
• Visit 3 homes (walk-through + discussion)
• 12:00 PM: Wrap-up & next steps

What to Bring

• Your vehicle (we’ll caravan)
• Notepad/tablet, tape measure, flashlight
• Closed-toe shoes
