We’re excited to officially launch Tri-County Real Estate Investors, a new community built to connect, educate, and grow real estate professionals and investors across Lebanon, Dauphin, and Cumberland counties.
📍 Location: Snitz Creek Brewery (Fort Indiantown Gap, just off Route 81 – Exit 85B)
📅 First Meeting: Tuesday, June 23rd
🕕 Doors Open: 6:00 PM
🕡 Meeting Starts: 6:30 PM

This first meeting is all about laying the foundation for something meaningful. Whether you’re brand new or actively investing, you’ll be in the right room.
For our kickoff meeting, we’ll cover:
- The vision and purpose behind Tri-County Real Estate Investors
- Introductions from the founders, including Timothy Gwinn and Jim Miller
- What you can expect from future meetings (topics, speakers, deal flow, and opportunities)
- Open discussion: what YOU want to learn and see from this group
- Time to connect with other local investors, agents, and professionals

### Format for the Evening
- 6:00 – 6:30 PM: Open networking, food & drinks
- 6:30 – ~7:30 PM: Meeting and discussion
- 7:30 PM onward: Continued networking and deeper conversations

Over the next 12 months, we’ll explore a range of relevant real estate topics through a flexible, discussion-driven format. Some meetings will feature guest speakers, while others will focus on open conversation, deal analysis, and member questions. Topics will evolve based on group interest to ensure each session stays practical, engaging, and valuable for everyone involved.
This group is built on real relationships, practical knowledge, and the creation of opportunities—not just talking about them.
