With the advent of AI at our doorsteps we run the risk of talking to any one of the many AI assists to answer our curious questions. Do you watch how many sites the AI scans before answering your question? Do you wonder which AI quote or paper AI selected to answer your question? The bigger questions is, are we losing personal connections in person because of AI?
My mom always told me I had a curious mind and I agree. Let's start over in 2026 ASKING questions and having a conversation. No sides, no agenda just people asking questions and then listening to the answers given without judgement.
What can we learn? Can we learn to reconnect? Can we learn to breathe and just listen? I just want to reconnect with my fellow HUMAN.
You know Meetup started in 2001 because Scott Heiferman read a book called, Bowling Alone and had a question. He was curious as to why the New Yorkers in Manhattan were talking to each other now more than any other time.
