TRI-STATE WRITERS IS A SIOUXLAND WRITING CRITIQUE GROUP

Purpose: Tri-State writers is a writing critique group that has been meeting regularly since 2021. Every week, we discuss the writing of one group member.
Who should join?
-Writers of all experience levels should join us. Whether you're picking up a pen for the first time or you're a seasoned author, you are welcome to join us.
-Adults only! You must be at least 18 to attend meetings.
-It does not matter what you write. We're pleased to accept writers of nonfiction, fiction, novels, short stories, essays, poetry, plays, etc.
When and where?
-Meetings are 7pm Thursday nights, lasting usually an hour, though with no official end time. Come early! Doors close and lock to the public at 7pm. A sign will be posted with a number to call to be let in if you have an unexpected delay.
-Meetings are held inside the Sioux City Public Museum located at 607 4th Street.
First Time Attendees
-Please come having read the piece we're critiquing (email siouxlandwriters@gmail.com).
-For your first time attending, we ask that you sit in without critiquing to see how we run our meetings.
