Let's Go Walking

It's an easy fun way to meet other group members. Great exercise and a wonderful way to get your day/weekend started!

30 minute walk sponsored by Triad Foot & Ankle Center and its podiatrists. Starts at 8:30 a.m. Participation is FREE. Participants will meet at the back of Jaycee Park’s parking lot (3802 Jaycee Park Drive) where they will receive a 10-minute education session about a health-related topic before embarking on a refreshing and rejuvenating walk with Triad Foot & Ankle physicians.

The walk is approximately 30 minutes (1.8 miles). But there are short-cuts that can be taken if you wish to take a shorter walk.

Water, a light snack, and a T-shirt will be provided
