Independence Day Concert!
Details
Join us again for Salem Bands annual Star & Stripes Concert in the town square of Old Salem. We will have a balloon that says; "HELLO BABY"!! to identify us so we can sit together. Please bring a chair and your supper as well if you like. It may be sunny at the start so dress appropriately.
The concert is free and we hope to see you then. See below for more information. Let's get there about 5:30 so we can find parking and eat before the pre-concert music starts.

Join Salem Band for an All-American band concert in the town Square, our Annual Stars & Stripes performance honoring veterans in our community with marches, big bands, sing-alongs, Armed Forces Salute, and of course, Star & Stripes Forever! Featuring Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, American Salute, and 76 Trombones. Don’t miss the moving Until Justice Rolls Down Like Waters, narrated by Winston-Salem’s own Jim Steele of WSNC jazz*.*
Pre-concert jazz by Salem Band/Swing Band vocalist Mignon Dobbins and pianist Ryan McCollum at 6:45 pm.
